This is called a CMA or Comparative Market Analysis.  A formal CMA includes detailed information about your home and neighborhood as well as a complete marketing plan for your home. Working together with you, we determine the best price for your home.

HOW CAN I LEARN ABOUT HOME SALES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD?

We offer two different services for our clients.

• Anyone who logs on to our website has access to the MLS with absolutely no obligation and complete privacy. Use "Save Your Search" to create your own search criteria. Our service will send you emails with active listings that meet your search criteria every hour a new listing hits the market.
• We offer our listing clients the opportunity to watch active, pending and sold properties via email in their own neighborhoods before they list with us and while their listing is active. This helps our clients understand the current dynamics of the market place. We set this up through our regional MLS service.
