Meet Ginny

Ginny's journey began with a teaching interview that led her to Burnsville, Minnesota, a growing suburb south of the river. Having grown up in North Dakota in the Red River Valley, she had never driven on a freeway nor navigated a big city. Now as a REALTOR® with a GPS as her guide, she's driving clients around the Twin Cities from Wayzata to Woodbury to Credit River.

As a former English teacher with an interest in the arts, Ginny relishes the challenges of marketing listings. She also enjoys meeting new people and helping them with the process of buying or selling a home.

One of Ginny's passions is art. She volunteers as a docent for the Minneapolis Institute of Arts where she can put her teaching talent to work for visitors and school groups to the MIA. One of her favorite tours in the past year was a Book Club tour for Madonnas of Leningrad, a book she highly recommends.

The Wheelers' granddaughters, Elleanor and Evelyn, are center stage in Ginny's life, via Skype! They, along with their parents Elizabeth and Charlie Litten, live in the San Francisco bay area. Andrea, Ginny and Tim's other daughter, lives in the Los Angeles area where she is working as a costumer in the film industry. Her cats, however, still make their home in Burnsville!

Meet Tim

Over 21 years, Tim built an award-winning information management business in Mendota Heights, a division originally with Anacomp. After a series of acquisitions, Tim's position was eliminated. With a non-compete clause and no desire to relocate, Tim turned his job loss into a new opportunity in a new field with a familiar partner: Ginny.

Tim's expertise in sales and management helped grow their real estate business into an Award-Winning sales team for Coldwell Banker Burnet. Today, Tim is the CEO of their team and manages all of the transactions and the business.

As a local sports fan, Tim has enjoyed games at the new TCF stadium on the University of Minnesota campus and Target Field in Minneapolis. Tim played football for the U (as did his father) and has attended nearly every game since. A loyal fan, indeed!

Tim has worn many hats over the years: successful coach, loyal friend, great mentor, wonderful husband, and most importantly loving father. He's still "on call" for his daughters, who keep him on their speed dial and talk to him several times a week.

Meet Julie Waters

Julie's energy and people skills generate enthusiasm by even the most casual home buyer. As an open house specialist, she is the gateway into the housing market for the first-time buyer as well as the repeat buyer.

Julie comes to the Ginny and Tim team as an experienced realtor formerly with RHS Realty, now part of Coldwell Banker Burnet. Julie and her husband Scott raised their family in Burnsville and now make their home in Lakeville.

Julie enjoys cooking, entertaining in her home, reading and writing. She published a short story and completed two novels.

Meet Barbara Tillemans

Love to dance? Barbara's latest passion is tango! Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious. She puts the same zest for life into her work making the process of buying a home a pleasure for buyers.

As an open house specialist, she joins our team after decades as a new construction sales person for some of the area's most prestigious builders. She knows houses inside and out, foundation to roof.

Meet Matt Bolin

If you need help with your computer, you need someone who has never "dialed" a telephone or played an 8-track tape. That's Matt. As a marketing major from Augsburg College, Matt is putting his academics and youthful zeal to work for Ginny and Tim. His technical handiwork can be seen on their website and the computer systems he has put into place to help communicate with their clients.

Matt grew up in St. Louis Park and has his electrician license. Besides his summer internship with Tim and Ginny, he works at On-Belay House as a chemical dependency technician and spends time with youth that are struggling.

Matt enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his friends and is also a member of leadership team at Augsburg College.

Meet Fred Wolter

Fred has become one of Ginny and Tim's most trusted service providers. He meets with Ginny and Tim's listing clients who may need help with sorting, packing, tossing, deferred maintenance, storing, selling household antiques, or just about anything else required to get a home in "show" condition. Those clients who have hired Fred to help them transition to their new home have found him to be an excellent listener and problem solver.

As a former special education teacher, Fred's amiable personality and attention to detail have benefited many of Tim and Ginny's clients. Fred provides free estimates for any client who needs his services.

Currently, Fred and his wife Mardy make their home in Hastings where they raised their two children. One of Fred's joys has been remodeling the family cabin in Vergas, Minnesota, and spending time with family.
