The most obvious marketing tools (yard signs, open houses, and classified ads) can be very effective, but to get the highest price in the least amount of time with the fewest hassles, requires much more. Open houses showcase homes and neighborhoods as well as generate interest in buying and selling homes. Holding an open, however, doesn't sell a home. Creating a comfortable environment for the visitors, helping visitors see themselves in the home, knowing the neighborhood and the competition, and answering financing questions are just as important.
What do Ginny and Tim Do? We will not only hold our own open houses (most of our buyers have come through our opens!), but we market directly to potential buyers so that they will either call us, visit our opens, or call their own realtor to see your home. We call this "target marketing." Before you sign a listing agreement with us, we will walk through a marketing strategy created just for your property.
Other marketing strategies include our 24-hour hotline with instant messaging to our pager, our color advertisements in magazines and newspapers, our internet presence, and our direct mailing campaign.
